91 freeway thru 241fwy is like a hell every afternoon. Cars and trucks are cutting lanes from 241 lanes to 91 eastbound without see the long lines in 91 freeway. Lack of officer in between Weir Canyon and splitter 241 S. and 91 E. OCTA should change the solid lanes from 4 freelanes to 5 freelanes and straighten the toll road after toll road camera for count 3 persons in the vehicle.

My house parent had set a ride for me this was Saturday march 16, 2024 and I thought I would be going to where I wanted to go it was Barnes and noble book store in fullerton and the woman there said I would be waiting for two hours and I did still no ride and I called back the Woman at access transportation and she said the same thing again to me that I would wait a another two hours for my ride and then I decided not to go to where I wanted to go it was really too much for me she asked me if I wanted to cancel my ride back ... read more
Drivers are excellant except when they take you way out of your way because dispatchers are given rides added to the drivers; then the driver goes to get new riders before they drop the already riders off. Making me late!!! Why ask what time you need to arrive if you are not gonna arrive by time you need to??? Better organizations need to be done!!
Oc access has very dishonest employees working for them. Their dispatchers and drivers all lie about why they couldn't call to inform riders that their trip is gonna be late in a reasonable amount of time to take the regular bus and be at their destination on time and the drivers will flat out lie and say they showed up and the rider wasn't there. They do this on a weekly basis to my wife who depends on access to get to and from work. I would give no stars but I had to to be able to write this review about their horrible ser... read more
