HORRIBLE and unacceptable "customer service" --- refusing to give a copy of my last paycheck stub at my request. Jessica was always unfriendly and very difficult, but the owner, Mike is even worse! This has been the WORST example of customer service I have ever witnessed in my life. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
Devastated. We have used Access 1 for almost 14 years. This week the money was taken out of my companies bank for payroll. (In excess of $20,000) and our payroll has never been paid. We have been lied to, avoided, and given the run around with no answer about where our payroll money is our any suggestion on how to get it back. I would avoid this place and the dishonest owner, Mike Lafevers at all cost. Meanwhile we are left trying to find away to come up with another $20,000 to pay our staff.
