I wish I had gone through the reviews before falling for this! The type of loan and payment arrangement wasn’t properly communicated. I didn’t know I have been leasing the Coach the entire period. To cut the story short I ended up paying almost $4000 in total for a $2450 Coach!
If I could I would give ROOMS TO GO and ACCEPTANCE NOW a -10. I wish I would of read all these reviews before getting ripped OFF or/steered into going through acceptance now. We bought (feels more like lease according to out situation now) $3,000 couches and long story short now they they are saying oh no since we went through acceptance now and didn't pay off in 90 day we owe an additional $5000. Lmao.. this people are ridiculous. PLEASE DONT GO THROUGH THEM PLEASE. SAVE YOURSELF
This is the worst company ever. PLEASE and PLEASE do not go with this company. I got charged twice during one of my regular payments and they kept giving excuses that there's a computer glitch in the system. Whenever I call them - their response was the refund is on the way. After paying off my loan, I also got charged my regular payments. Had to call my bank to get a refund. Acceptance now are scammers and choose a different company if you can. Please be warned!
If I could give a 0 rating...I would. All of the reviews are similar for a reason!!
There’s a reason you can’t get in touch w the executives & they refuse to get a supervisor on the phone. Don’t attempt to reach a resolution w them just file complaints w federal & state consumer protection agencies.
