Never same staff. No contact with clients ,unless client gets in touch themselves .communication none existing.
I’m a provider for gardens services absolutely rude co ordinator couldn’t get a word in told me communication maybe if you responded I don’t recommend if you want the run around and time wasted
I’ve tried calling this company to make this complaint so I guess I’ll just have to leave this review here. I hoping this reaches the clients family of the way a staff member was treating a client on an outing. Not only was she non-verbal, but not once did I hear him talk to her the whole time, while feeding her or sitting there on his iPad. Left Accept Care 2 years ago, the best decision we have made. There are alot better HCP providers out there. If one is not happy with their provider, piece of advise, never hesitate to change providers.
