Worst place to work! Working at Accenture has been one of the most disappointing experiences of my career. In my experience, the company feels more focused on shifting work offshore than supporting the employees already on staff. After your project ends, even if you proactively find a new role, you often won’t get it because the work is reassigned offshore instead.
