DON’T ORDER ONLINE, I placed an order months ago and they don’t provide tracking info or respond to customer emails
The cushion cover I had chosen was supposed to be double-sided, but I was given an older product, and I only realized it later. Recently, I also ordered a chair, and after a whole month with no update, I had to follow up myself. After many phone calls, I finally found out that it hadn’t even arrived in Vancouver yet — and since then, there has been no further communication. Their service has been extremely irresponsible, and I am not satisfied at all.
They are closing up the store now so there is a massive sale going on for floor models. they still have an online store that you can go to purchase newer things. so far they all look nice and of course it's all marked down now. the lady that was there was really nice bec we had a toddler running around trying to check out also his own thing and touching everything. she tried to talk to him and chatted with us also but she knew that it was also a treat to have customers come in for some socialization. will probably come in an... read more
