We’ve ordered a couch 10/31/2024 and was told we would receive the couch in 4-6 weeks. It is currently 12/16/2024, past their 6 week timeline and no one is returning my calls. We’ve put down a $2500 deposit and their store is closed down, the phone number on their door is out of service, store number on google no one picks up and no response to their emails as well. We were promised a couch that we also ordered so we could host for the holidays in our new home and now we are left -$2500 deposit and still no sofa. I dont know... read more
