Went there to buy stuff for my new house, zero customer service. Noone even bothered to say hi. Maybe cuz we were brown.
The service from “G” at the store level and from all his time spent on tracking and following up on the delivery and assembly was exceptional. I would strongly recommend dealing with this location to anyone.
DON’T ORDER ONLINE, I placed an ordered months ago and they don’t provide tracking info or respond to customer emails
The cushion cover I had chosen was supposed to be double-sided, but I was given an older product, and I only realized it later. Recently, I also ordered a chair, and after a whole month with no update, I had to follow up myself. After many phone calls, I finally found out that it hadn’t even arrived in Vancouver yet — and since then, there has been no further communication. Their service has been extremely irresponsible, and I am not satisfied at all.
