Order 20572. Your company fail to honor the warranty and drag this on since early April. As we plan to file lawsuit and post this on your Facebook you block me off on social media. Then offer to replace sofa now but not extended warranty for all the time you have dragged on?
I chose this store because they seemed pretty legit, with two physical locations in the Lower Mainland. Unfortunately, it turned out to be an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience. The in-store staff were fine, but be prepared for terrible after-sales service from their online team. The delivery was delayed—it ended up taking a month for my sofa bed to arrive.
