Started banking here 6 months ago. Clerks are always helpful and polite. Quick to help and explain answers to our questions. Haven’t taken out any loans, so can’t speak to that. Overall, positive experience.
If I could give -10 I would, continues to steal my money from bill pay even though I have never set it up and have no way to access since I have never set it up. Has stole money for years. I've had them address the problem 4 separate times to only still get my money stolen. 3 debit cards later, Then the attitude from every clerk at the window is absolutely uncalled for and unprofessional especially since they are the ones in the wrong. Friendly, fast, helpful.
Extremely unhelpful, does not offer online banking. Wish I had taken my car loan out with any other bank.
nice to have a branch closer , they worked with me on my auto loan when I needed the help they did what they could , I appreciate what they do. not enough experience to judge more
