I only give 1 star, I have problem with the bank , I will never recommend it to anyone,I refinance a truck loan with this bank last March it was all good into last May when the bank started charged me for insurance what they call ( cpi )I call this a still $500,00 dlls , even I give them all proof of my truck insurance they charge me anyway I pay off my truck loan over a month ago and I asked them if they will give me the (cpi) $500dlls money back and the grills in the office don't know all they said is in process is about 1... read more
Started banking here 6 months ago. Clerks are always helpful and polite. Quick to help and explain answers to our questions. Haven’t taken out any loans, so can’t speak to that. Overall, positive experience.
If I could give -10 I would, continues to steal my money from bill pay even though I have never set it up and have no way to access since I have never set it up. Has stole money for years. I've had them address the problem 4 separate times to only still get my money stolen. 3 debit cards later, Then the attitude from every clerk at the window is absolutely uncalled for and unprofessional especially since they are the ones in the wrong. Extremely unhelpful, does not offer online banking. Wish I had taken my car loan out with any other bank.
