Michael, Tatiana and Wendy always go above and beyond in their care for their clients from offering refreshments, wondering how traffic was, give recommendations to avoid construction, assist with grant processes to obtain new aids. They stay late to accommodate their clients. Are always a phone call away. They give excellent care with any hearing needs and keep up with the new technology. I have been a client of Michael's since 1993 and will continue to be for a long time. Thank You for you service.
I wish I could say I had a better experience but I did not. I found he was more interested in getting me on this health care plan that would supposedly pay for my hearing aids than he was in the hearing aids themselves. The ones he recommended were rather old technology and he didn't follow up with me at all. When I finally called him he said he had been trying to get a hold of me but I had no messages or calls from him. When I said I would not be purchasing the aids he quite surprisingly became agitated and actually insulte... read more
