Making Things Right – Thank you for recovering my sectional. I needed it done by Christmas because my family would be in town. Horrible Service – I dropped a number of pillows, cushions, a rug and more than $1,000 worth of fabric off with Ken more than a month ago. He said the project would be done in a week. It’s still not complete. He won’t answer the phone or return my calls. NEVER take anything to this business.

THIEVES AND LIARS – If you want to leave your furniture someplace for months on end and receive repeated lies and excuses from a rude, stupid, incompetent thief, this is your kind of business. There is no excuse for ever doing business with scum like this. This "business" is ran by criminals. No service, just scam.

the very worst service ever – The owner of this shop should be put in jail for scamming people out of money and destroying their furniture. He tore our chair down, lied to us repeatedly, then after 4 months just through it back together with the original material minus the stuffing, and returned it to us. He kept the deposit of $240 and now we are taking him to small claims court to get our money back. Plus he ruined our chair. NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Unethical business, terrible workmanship – This shop owner lied repeatedly to us, saying that our chairs were "almost ready." Did not return calls. When my husband went to the shop, he found the chairs untouched against a wall. When we finally received them (after 5 months) the seats were lumpy. We had them re-done at another shop and they told us that the seats had been filled with SCRAP MATERIAL. I give this business the worst possible rating.

Horrible customer service, Terrible job – This business does not even deserve one star--I strongly DO NOT recommend these guys to anyone. We had our furniture reupholstered a couple of years ago from them, which took several months (4) to complete the job, and since then we have had to take the two chairs back at least five times to have the legs repaired because they kept breaking off. The second to last time I was there they told me to put one of the chairs in the corner and not use it so much--I can't even use my own furn... read more

worst upholstery job ever – My upholstery job that Accent did really doesn't rate one star...but I don't have the option for less than one. I had to send my furnture back to have it completed and even then...I could have done a far better job! I just didn't have time to do it myself. I would never ever recommend this place!
