Accent is a terrible company on all fronts. Please be warned. Accent promised call forwarding, text messaging, and voicemail services when we signed our contract, then under-delivered on all three services. Their software did not support Android devices (only Apple), and rather than developing the appropriate app-based software, asked us to download a beta-version app from a third-party website in order to utilize the services we were paying for. As a business development specialist working remotely, my phone is my lifeline. Accent has provided our company with excellent service and support.
We have been a customer 15+ years. At one point we were lured away by another who didn’t deliver (unmitigated disaster) so we returned to Accent. We have a very complex call center. They have NEVER failed us - have always gone above & beyond to get things done promptly AND correctly. I don’t see us ever leaving them.
Very complex system with a ton of customizable options. Accent support is always friendly and patient when we need them.
