As others have said, watch out for their tricks. The service they offer isn't even worth $40 a month. I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Completely shady and deceitful company.

Service was good but be aware of a reoccurring yearly contract that you will have to pay even when you are needing to terminate early. We had been with accent since 2017 and no exceptions by Neal Executive Vice President. Disappointing that they said he would not do anything after explaining that our situation changed in our office.

Accent is a terrible company on all fronts. Please be warned. Accent promised call forwarding, text messaging, and voicemail services when we signed our contract, then under-delivered on all three services. Their software did not support Android devices (only Apple), and rather than developing the appropriate app-based software, asked us to download a beta-version app from a third-party website in order to utilize the services we were paying for.
