Have been trying since September 2024 to get a replacement for shower door piece that cracked within a year of installation. Communication and follow-through has been horrible. Would advise avoiding this company for any remodeling projects.
As a licensed general contractor I have worked with many glass guys over the years in my business and the day I found Gene was a blessing. It’s been over 5 years now. Never a single call back and his work is perfection. His craftsmanship and the products he uses are top notch. Best part is his prices can’t be touched and he always work with my deadlines and solves problems easily.
Gene is great. He came in and explained every option to me. He came in under every other quote I got when calling 4 other companies and he adjusted to my schedule.
Gene and company go above and beyond! Great customer service, good craftsmanship and very knowledgeable. Even fixed a glass shower a previous contractor had botched up. Highly recommend.
