Mark was amazing in helping me with issues with my ears. I received a level of care that put me at ease and actually providing me a diagnosis. After a few visits and a comprehensive exercise regiment I'm feeling exceptionally better. The team at Accelerated Health are professional and very knowledgeable.
I understand that it’s ultimately our responsibility to remember and attend appointments\. However, the clinic routinely sends a text reminder the day before, and my husband did not receive one for his appointment and unfortunately missed it\. He was then charged a $50 no\-show fee\. When he mentioned that he hadn’t received the reminder, we were told that reminders are a courtesy, not an obligation\.
