Just wanted to give a shoutout to the Activity Director at Accel! Sheneka is the best! She always provides great activities and specifically treats my husband (and all the other residents) like they are family! She goes out of her way to help my husband in any way she can. My husband just loves her and I do too! In appreciation for her kindness my husband suggested we send her flowers so we did just that, although it just doesn’t seem like enough. My 85 year old mom was here June 16 2026 and this wasn't a good experience upon my mom doing rehab the physical therapy lady was transferring here with a gait belt but had the buckle pressing against her ribs and created a bigger problem now my mom is in Baylor Scott and white they did the X-ray and this is what they found. Excellent service helping with therapy to improve walking after hip operation. Everyone has been great and patient plus encouraging to help with my recovery. Therapist Angela, Pam, and Tracey have been helpful answering questions to help with paperwork plus my workout. Have had a successful recovery working with this team.
I cannot thank the incredible staff at accel enough for the exceptional care they gave to my mother. From the moment we admitted into their care/rehabilitation program, the team has been nothing short of compassionate and attentive. The CNA's/nurses go out of their way to ensure that she is comfortable, and the facility always feels clean and welcoming.
