My mom is in rehab here for a back injury. When she was about to come home she was dropped while doing PT therapy and fractured her knee cap. So now to add to her back brace, she has a leg brace sticking out straight. She's 92 and they had her doing an exercise requiring her to take her hands off the walker and couldn't stop the fall with a gait belt on her. Everything overall was really good. Therapy was exceptional and the nursing as well. Denise , Tracy, Angela, and Frank were great. All nursing staff were good.
My mother was a short term resident here and was extremely happy. Kim McGovern went above and beyond to make her feel safe and welcome! The nurses were very pleasant as well.
Under stuffed. Communication gap. Air vent issue, beautiful interior.
My dad passed away at this nursing home in December. He was a hospice patient. My mother never heard from them concerning a refund since he was only there 10 days. Also his things went missing from his room.
