I had a very pleasant experience, visiting my brother and sister-in-law the receptionist Jamie was so helpful and so kind and very professional. My mother was admitted and received 7-8 days of rehab. There was a bit of disappointment in the first 24 hrs. Mama was transferred over the weekend and after 5 PM. There is a disconnect between the hospital and Accel on getting the prescriptions and their rehab instructions over during this period. After the intial 24 hrs expectations were met and exceeded my hopes for individual attention. I hope not to return but, that’s where I would want someone I care about getting rehab. The staff is great. They are on. The ball with the rehab for knee surgery. The place is clean ás they come,nicely furnished. It is very inviting . I am enjoying my stay. Have a great day.
My dad wasn't approved for Encompass originally. We are fighting like hell to get him out of here (editing to clarify here means Accel). Should be transferring soon. Stat labs ordered on 8/2 - still no results. Finally asked state regulator on 8/6 to get involved - blood now being drawn again since results never came on blood draw #1. My dad wasn't given his medication on day 1, nurse refused care one night. My mom had to take over care. Treated my boyfriend’s grandpa horrible, terrible communication between staff , staff departments and family. Not meeting dietary needs right, always late for transportation to dialysis, just overall not a good place to send ur loved ones
