I worked for this agency 1991 - 1995. It was a privately owned company, and it is my understanding that the owner had some serious health issues several years later, and the ACCB property at 975 Eyster Blvd was put up for sale. That's all I know. They were totally vigorous but legit back in the day, and I would be willing to bet that the ownership and the entire business got dismantled / sold off years ago. If you had a debt with them, I'll bet the collection rights got sold off or transferred to another agency. Good Luck!!
I received calls from them, I sent several letters asking to validate debt and all come back unable to forward, I researched with BBB just to find out this company has a lot of complains against it and all the numbers they have registered are non working #'s. this is a scam artist damaging good people's credit profile.
