I would NEVER EVERRRR work here nor putting my family here. This place got the Staffs looking down on the residents , kitchen and the dining hall are infested with cockroaches and them “directors “don’t give a damn . I honestly am so disappointed with this place and feel bad for the residents that are wasting their money on this place …..
if I could give ZERO stars I would !! literally the kitchen and the dining hall are infested with roaches . poor management !
I just wanted to share that ACC Maple Tree has provided outstanding care and service to our 99 year father and 87 year old mother who just recently entered this Assisted Living facility last month. Our father had moved into this facility as he was receiving hospice care for his remaining days while our mother moved in with him so they could be together. The ACC staff were amazing from the caregivers to the med techs and nurse. They were incredibly attentive and supportive during this difficult time before our dad's passing. ... read more
They are constantly understaffed and the high turn over of staff suggests poor working conditions or poor compensation. Edit: The staffing issues can mean they're not able to provide all of the services all of the time and that's hard to understand when your loved one is paying for services that aren't being delivered and would improve their quality of life. They are constantly understaffed and the high turn over of staff suggests poor working conditions or poor compensation. We pay for 'reminder' service to remind our relative with memory problems to drink water and brush their teeth but we had to spend an entire day with that relative at acc for medical reasons and no one came by to remind her except when it was meal time.
