I recommend taking your taxes to be processed somewhere else. Compliance is trash, processing taxes & providing false information does go against the Franchise Tax board and it seems they do not care. Don’t waste your money here.

Mande una caja por paquetería con Acapulco travel ,la caja duró aproximadamente un mes en llegar a México y entre las cosas que mandé se desapareció una licuadora con el vaso y motor llamé para hacer un reclamo ellos no se hicieron responsables me dijeron que llamarían ala paquetería y creo que no lo hicieron porque quedaron en llamarme y no he recibido una respuesta yo nunca había tenido problemas con Acapulco travel pero no se están haciendo responsables

I would be careful here and sending your package, after my friend sending a box to Mexican someone of his stuff was stolen. They will take things from it and keep for themselves. Knowing that we are spending a lot of money to send a box to Mexico and they want to have there employees take stuff from you, and they don’t take responsibility and try to fix what happened, the owner said she looked at the cameras and said they was taken.
