The Cajun brand ginger cakes are just great. They are not too sweet. But best of all is that these are made with simple and local ingredients. The bakery is local and a small business. I have a story about the founder Mr Bill and my Dad. They used to visit and tell stories of their prior jobs at Evangeline Maid Bread when they were much younger. Anyhow, these cakes and the bakery are definitely "Old Lafayette".
Ordered a bunch iced ginger cakes. They arrived in perfect condition with an extra little treat! How sweet! Best damn ginger cakes on earth. Thank you!
