They were great to work with. They had our Gem waiting for us and were very friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend!
We enjoyed Acadia park while driving our Gem. What an incredible experience. The people at the office at the Gem were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.
Renting the GEM was one of the best decisions we made for our vacation. Perfect way to see Acadia National Park! Yvonne was fabulous and made the pick up/drop off process seamless. Highly recommend!

What's not to like about Acadia GEM? What an amazing experience for me and people that were on my RRC NER (Residential Real Estate Council, New England Region) cruise that wanted to join us to explore everything that Bar Harbor had to offer. Instead of doing the ship excursions I prefer to do our exploring on our own. The staff was friendly and they were flexible when we were able to get our tender coming into port earlier than our original reservation.
