Chose charter bus for school field trip. First bus had zero air conditioning on an 90 degree day and missing knob for roof emergency exit. Second bus also only had circulating air. Miserable 2 hour trip. Buses are dirty and unsafe!
Its nothing like being picked up at 4:10 and getting back to Columbia, MD at 6:10pm. Some drivers just like riding around. Then they drive down 201 with the heaviest traffic. This is crazy to me. It should not take 2 hours to get back from DC. Completely unacceptable.. Then on 90 degree days there is no air conditioning. This company is Hell on wheels!
Very nice company
On October 8 on 95 south in Maryland, mile marker 77, their bus was straddling 2 lanes in a construction zone in sn attempt to keep people from getting in front of the bus. The right lane was still open and I attempted to go around them. The driver pulled to the right trying to run me off the road. Contacted academy that evening, no response
