Andy at Performance Academy West is the real deal. He’s a PT who truly understands how breathing mechanics tie into movement and performance — something very few people do well. His ability to assess, explain, and integrate breathing into strength and mobility work has made a huge difference. Every session feels purposeful, and his attention to detail is top notch.
