My appointment was 3/5/2025. He stopped answering calls and didn’t respond to text and emails. He emailed me on 3/2/2026 and said he e filled my taxes. Now I’m receiving mail from the IRS because there is no record of receiving my taxes. He also quoted me $185 but sent me a bill for almost double. Unprofessional and crooked.
Mike did my 2020 taxes and everything was smooth. In March I dropped off all of my documents and was told he would call me to discuss. I never heard another word. After many attempts to reach him he answered his phone around 5pm on 4/18/22. He stated my taxes had been prepared and he had filed an extension just in case, and he would contact me to discuss the outcome of my taxes, he just needed to get through his list of clients.
