Price match "guaranteed" does not actually mean guaranteed. Two managers decided it was too good a price at a competitor so refused to price match so we just found a different competitor and all the sudden we're okay. It was a huge hassle, no wonder retail is dying. They have lots of bare shelves and people standing around.
