We feel it is important to stay open to serve our customers during this challenging time and are working to do that as safely as possible. Went to Academy on Saturday 10/8/16 my daughter went in looking for a Nike jacket was only in there not even 10 minutes she came out because they didn't have what she wanted a clerk followed her out WHY she works so as we sat there in disbelief a group of whites come out no one follows them out. I call to speak to a manager Josh comes to the phone, WHAT a JOKE this guy is needless to say we won't go back!
We bought a bike for my son's birthday from this place. Within the week the tire popped and it was because he was stopping hard to keep from running into an oncoming car.I took the bike back to Academy sports because it it only been written twice and they said they would exchange it. When I got there the manager said it was a child's fault as to why the tire was popped and that he would not replace the bike.
