Excelente servicio y buenos precios, el personal muy amable.
I picked up two discounted tennis rackets clearly marked on the shelf as $20 and $50. When I got to the register, they suddenly rang up as $51 and $139. I tried to ask about the price change but the cashier offered zero explanation and just said “that’s what it scans”.
Every time I shop at Academy I am treated like a shop lifter. The sales people follow me around and hide between clothes watching me . I have been following to the checkout by staff posing as customers. I've seen and heard employees standing around doing nothing except talk about other customers who they think may be stealing . If your going to have regular staff do loss prevention, train them first. Thank GOD for AMAZON!
