Unexpectadly, visited this facility. The grounds were unkept. There was trash piled up outside. The inside was, cluttered with a slight odor and dusty. In the kitchen the, flat grill was black, it appeared that, it has not been cleaned for sometime. the floor in the dining room, needed to be cleaned. they should, apply some of the grant money to, general clean-up and hire decent help to, improve the appearance of it.
