Guild offered a good rate, with points, and the local broker was wonderful, so I went with them, then as soon as the loan closed, very quickly Guild turned around sold my loan to another company. The new company's website is very frequently down, and I have spent hours on hold trying to reach a real person and cannot. Guild also kept an extra principal payment I'd made and it took weeks of phone calls, emails, and 2 complaints to the CFPB to get them to release it. Excellent communication that was quick and to the point, well-explained, and all of my options were laid out in an understandable way. I cannot more highly recommend J.!!! He also volunteers his time at local running races, which is another huge bonus.
