Bob is simply the best. This is the second time I've worked with Bob. He goes out of his way to answer any and all questions with patience and wisdom. He fights hard to get the best rate for his clients and when confronted with others' quotes he does not get defensive, nor bad mouth, he simply lays it out as to how the numbers work and what he can do. Bob was a pleasure to work with. He kept up with all of our contractual deadlines and had Incredible communication throughout the entire transaction. He is one of the few lenders who gave new updates before I asked.
