I was very lucky to stumble upon Carrie when I decided to relocate to Arkansas. This was such a difficult time for me but Carrie of Academy Mortgage and Amy of Nichols Realty made my transition very pleasurable.
I wouldn’t use this mortgage company if it was the last one on earth! They waited until 3 days before closing to ask for my last 2 years of tax returns! I don’t have immediate access to this information at this time. The company should have asked for that three weeks ago. Now I can’t close on the house. Very poor management!!!
Carrie was great! Very informative and helpful during the whole process, and it only took two weeks to close on our home!
