I recently visited the newly refurbished Cottesloe location of Academy Face and Body for a full body massage with Maira and would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a quick but effective overall body rejuvenation. Maira has a background of physiotherapy, as well as dermal therapy, so I felt very comfortable and confident in her abilities during my treatment. It’s important that whatever business I work for that I have an understanding of what it feels like to be the client or customer so when Dr Oates recently acquired this Cottesloe Day Spa I had to try it out :) Having worked in Beauty Salons and Day Spas previously I know how important not just client satisfaction is but also, the quality of the treatment. Today I had my first Hydrofacial and it will not be my last!! It is like an IV drip for your face and it truly makes you smile. The staff made me feel very comfortable and special from the moment and entered the door. The treatment rooms are beautiful and modern reflecting the range of treatments on offer. Easy parking!!
From the moment I walked through the door until I left it was an amazing experience! Virginia made me feel so welcome and made sure everything was perfect. Had a great infrared sauna for 45 minutes, it was much more enjoyable then I expected, nice and relaxed not to much at all. I could feel the health benefits from the next day. After the sauna had a divine hot stone massage with Jing. She is very good, made me feel relaxed, I fell asleep at one point! I had an amazing experience, looking forward to coming back again!!!
