Terrible Customer Service. I have an Academy Bank Credit Card and can't get any information on it. When I talk to the card customer service reps, they tell me to contact the bank...When I walk into the bank, they tell me "we don't deal with that--you'll have to call the card customer service number." The College location is particularly rude...

I dropped by to obtain a replacement debit card and was assisted by Eathan Talley. He was an exemplary example of customer service. Years ago I managed a large telecommunications customer service account, so my standards are understandably high. I would have been proud to have Eathan on my team.
