More than once I have had to wait in line for over 15 minutes to make a cash deposit when out of the four people that are behind the counter only one is helping customers. Also, calling customer service using the 1-800 number or the (913) number will result in being placed on hold for a very long time, the automated recording will state that hold times are in excess of 20 minutes, but over 40 minutes is normal.
