Worst bank , in the history of banks. Closed my account in August 2020, due to the fact, employees are incompetent. In January, 2021, I received notice the account was still open. Went into the North Ave branch, same male employee said he was closing my account for sure this time. In February, 2021, I received notice, the account is still open!!! Called customer service, transferred to someone who was supposed to close my account. She said she needed to call the branch. I told her they weren’t open. She called anyway, then c... read more
Business run by crooks and thieves. Over 300$ in overdraft over night for automatic payments that posted before my paycheck. Ten days from Christmas and Absolutely no help. I’ll be closing my account soon. Stay away
