I expressed concern that my account was hacked the representative made it seem like it was a chore to talk to me. Why the hell do I need to call a call center to dispute a charge? What good is having an in person bank branch if they are not going to use banking services. I am switching immediately due to how rude the representative was.
Kudos to cole for always cashing my checks. All the other workers tell me to use the machine and pass out candy to non- customer.
Very unprofessional, the staff can not cash a check without a manager present........I was told to return tomorrow.... what kind of a bank operates like this
