Avoid this company like the plague. Ordered materials on 3/16/2024 was sent an email that I would have my order on 3/25/2024. No merchandise - received emails from them stating that FedEx was delayed and would be here the following day - no merchandise. This went on for a week. Attempted to contact customer support and was told they did their job all they had to do was ship the product. It is not their problem that FedEx lost it or has not delivered it. Attempted to call the next day to speak to a manger or supervisor for he... read more
