Purchased $750.90 worth of school clothes for my children on 08/11/2025, spent 3 hour's in the store trying to get everything i needed, store was packed and i was running out of time! my son wears a size 10 in his normal day to day clothes,and my daughter an size 8, the size 10 here seems 3-4 sizes small and the 11 seems 2-3 sizes small,and the size8 fits like a size 7! 2 button down shirts missing bottom button hole! This is the lowest rating I can give — and frankly, they don’t deserve even that. The staff is rude, arrogant, and completely unhelpful. The return policy is intentionally misleading. I bought school clothes that already had logos on them. I specifically asked the cashiers if returns were allowed, and they said yes. But when I came back to return the items, the same cashier suddenly pointed to the receipt and told me to “read the return policy.” Completely dishonest and unprofessional.
