Recently went in to buy specialty uniforms but everything was out of stock since school just started. Mariah helped us and omg my gosh she made the whole experience amazing! She went way out of her way to help my daughter find her right size by comparing other shirts so that we didn’t order the wrong size and even confirmed the school colors for us. I’d definitely recommend asking for her if you go in! Girl needs a RAISE! She gave us 5 star service!
I don’t think this business will last very much longer. Customer service here is a joke. Lamar HS students are not receiving uniforms. The staff stated that half the online orders have been canceled. I ordered these uniforms 2 months ago. Went to pick up before school started and it was the wrong size ( my daughters a small, they tried to give me xl) They told me the order would be ready today. I think the school need to stop using this company they don’t answer my order have been placed 12 days ago no follow up no answer no order status I need a refund so I can get my kids ready for Scholl some where else’s at this point now I have to get off work early and drive to the store after paying high dollars for shipping this has to stop call the customer back I have left text messages and emails smh
James is so rude, horrible quality,all customers service is bad,overcrowded.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. And I'm going to have to call this place fraudulent because My order was back in July 28th spending $250 and I haven't been able to get through the phone at the location , a txt back from their " txt communication line", nor any reply AT ALL from any emails. school is starting In 5 days and I've recieved absolutely nothing.
