We scheduled a new patient appointment for our 1.5 year old and arrived 15 minutes early as requested. We sat in the waiting for 30-35 minutes... We were finally brought back to the room and had to wait another 30 minutes... We weren't seen until 1 hour after our scheduled appointment time. That is completely unacceptable. I understand running 10-15 min behind, things happen. But 1 hour is ridiculous, especially for a 1.5 year old.
