My husband went in for a bump on the back of his neck. They spent 10 minutes with him and said it was a small cyst and drained it. They billed our insurance $869. We paid $273 AND they sent a 2nd bill for $90. They billed our credit card twice. We are still trying to get that credited back to us. They were rude and unprofessional. We will not return to this dermatologist.
Scheduling the appointment was super quick and easy. As a new patient I anticipated it would be a few weeks wait to be seen but to my surprise they had availability as soon as a day ahead. I scheduled a skin check with Dr. Francis who ended up freezing a spot and sending another one to pathology. She took her time and genuinely listened to my concerns.
