I thought I was getting old and hobbling the first 20 steps of the day until I got going along with sore feet, a knee and back. How wrong I was! Even after the first visit my body started to move again, no more sore feet, I can kneel again and no more groaning when I get up! I have complete a strenuous multi day hike and feel so much better! It took me a few days to process the treatment I received from Chris both physically and mentally!
