Terrible. I hate it every time I take it. I literally watched a bus driver be late and just sit there and wait. He just sat there and did nothing while the bus was running late. They are so lazy and entitled because they are government union so they treat the customers like c***

1-13-2022 On this day at approx 9:30 am I took the daily " Line 10" to *********************** on the corner of ********* and ****** in ***********, **. On this day employee number #**** made a unexpected delayed stop at the Sunset and E 14th stop, at this point the driver #**** turned the bus off and began to exit and walked into a liquor store for about 5 min and proceeded back to the bus, he then cussed at me to exit the bus.
