Just called to cancel my appointment with this place because my partner went here last week to get preparation and filing- charged $160 for a couple of W2 forms, one being out of Virginia. That’s honestly a rip off. I can go to another PROFESSIONAL tax filing service and get charged less than $100 for the same work and effort. Also the woman I talked to on the phone was very unprofessional and rude. I can’t stand people talking over me and she persisted to do it. That is so disrespectful in my eyes.
