I usually do not like writing reviews, especially negative reviews, as it can can cause a lot of reputational harm to a company. However, I have to caution strongly against using these services. My tax return that was prepared by A&C tax advisors has been audited due to a mistake in their software (they did not have the software update to include changes in the tax law from 2017 even though my tax return was filed in 2022). It's hard to find an Accountant who cares and makes time to for you at your convenience-- and that's what I found working with Claudia. I've received tremendous help and guidance filing for taxes and setting up business structures. I highly recommend working with Claudia at A&C.
Claudia responded to my project inquiry via Yelp and we proceeded with a consultation call. After we decided to go with them, we were instructed to upload documents into a secure portal, which was super convenient. We had some email back and forth and some more calls within the next 2-3 weeks, but Claudia did an amazing job with handling our capital gains and multi-state income situation, as well as filing jointly the first time.
