Shoutout to Alan Dunmire from the tech support line. He's helped a couple of times, but he knows the systems like the back of his hand and answers any questions thoroughly and succinctly. Much appreciated, and I hope AC Pro adds some method for directly giving feedback like this to their higher-ups. Give that man a bonus or a raise!
They are awesome if you are in the HVAC trade
"It is rare to find a vendor that truly feels like an extension of your own team, but AC Pro, Mesa does exactly that. They treat us like family, and they extend that same care and respect to our own customers. On top of their incredible service, their efficiency is unmatched—you never have to wait for parts. Having a reliable partner that keeps our business moving without delay is invaluable. We cannot recommend them highly enough!"
Jim, Jordan, Anthony, Rudy, and all the boys at Ac Pro are very professional and knowledgeable. This has become my favorite brand air conditioner to install, and dealing with these guys makes it even better. Ac Pro all the way!
Great service as always
