perhaps the least professional store in the entire AC Pro chain.
Shout out to Rich and his outstanding customer service! This guy needs a promotion. I called Johnstone, Baker distribution, and Ferguson for after hours service and none of them called me back except for Rich with AC Pro. I would’ve lost two jobs if it wasn’t for him calling me and opening the store for me. I will definitely remember who was there when I needed help and will be using AC Pro a whole lot more from now on. Thanks Rich!!
Every time I come to AC pro in San dimes Richard, Eddie and Edgar all have a smile on their face to greet me and say what do you need help with you guys are the best knowledgeable people I know and I really appreciate it. I’m always looking out for the contractors five star well-deserved.
Heather, Richard, Edgar, and Eddie are absolutely fantastic! Every time I come in, they find exactly what parts I need in no time at all. Incredible customer service, super fast, and they always make sure I'm taken care of.
