Quoted $65 for a ride, charged $85. Let it go. Made another reservation, moved family around, made arrangements with the nursing home for her to make the trip, they called hours later and told me it would be an additional $100. Talked to manager and calmly expressed my concern as this had not been discussed up front. She was extremely rude, admitted it was their fault, and said it is what it is and they had already charged me. DO NOT USE!
When my mom needed assistance with her transportation I reached out to AC Med Trans for their medical transportation Chicago and they were able to assist. They provided more than a transportation solution for her, they were wonderful support and provided excellent door to door transportation.
