Ash was absolutely incredible. I don’t often get massages because I don’t find relief afterwards, however, Ash went above and beyond and gave me so much relief! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. So happy to have finally found someone worth the cost!
Highly recommend Ash! She helps fix my back every time and kept me going in the lead up and post HYROX. She’s an absolutely lifesaver. 10/10!!!
Was mid way through training, something went on with my shoulder. Could hardly move it within about 2minutes. Walked in to see if Ash had a spare minute to try and help me out. Lucky enough she did. Ash got it free’d up enough for me to get home and not feel horrible. I rested the shoulder for a week and had another appt a week on and I’m back in full swing ! Much appreciated
