I bought some dresses from this shop yesterday in Mount druitt and confirmed with the store owner's son that will return them if it is not the correct size. To my surprise I went at 9.00 am today and the sales lady refused to return it saying its not their policy to return the items. It is shocking that some shops have no return policy which is not fair to other companies who care for their customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. ITS SUCH A SCAM I CANNOT REFUND ANY ITEM I SAW TEARED ITEMS AND BAD SMELL PLEASE AND I MEAN DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEM FROM THIS PLACE. SHE CALLED THE SECURITY AND THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING. THE OWNER IS STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE AND DOSNT WANT A SOLUTION FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
Nice place with lots of dresses, brought my cousin here to buy some clothes. The customer service is pretty good despite English being the staff's second language. They do have a strict no refund policy though, but at least you can exchange.
