David was patient for a reason and worked within my budget not to include the extended warranty. Only at my persistence. He walked me through each step to complete my purchase. Of course he was. He was busy taking advantage of me with Rochester Auto Mall. Please be aware of Rochester Auto Mall, Drive Appeal, and App Core. My experience was horrifying.
