First of all, they arrived right on time, within the promised window and got straight to work. If you're looking for the worst moving company in the Valley you've found them. They don't even deserve 1 star. Terrible experience, they arrive late without tools to disassemble your furniture, which was quoted in the estimate. It doesn't get any better, they will show up without water and sit behind furniture, where they think you can't see them and text on their phones. Meanwhile the cost of the move is skyrocketing. If you're thinking of using this place, don't! The quote they give you is way off. They quoted me $433 for everything Then they charge a gas fee, then they charge a card fee, I lost track of the fees as he was rattling them offWhen all was said and done, my bill was $722! The gas fee was $91. They only had to drive less than 5 miles but what they do is turn the truck on while they are loading it, Then when they unloaded it, it was running. Do not use this company they are a scam. They will quote you for half of what they actually are going to charge you. Their workers are completely unprofessional showed up to the job high. When I talked about it with the owner, he put me on the spot in front of his workers and then held my stuff hostage until I paid the amount he deemed Appropriate Not what was quoted to me
