I have had a terrible experience with their process, customer service and organization. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. They have continued to not take accountability and given many excuses. I have never given a review like this before and have struggled with doing so. I have gotten some answers as to my health which I am grateful for and I wish they would complete my process so that I can get healing.
